How to Complete a Credit Card Transaction

  1. Before testing a credit card transaction, return to the login screen and refresh the POS (this will pull any changes from the Management Console).
  2. Use your PIN to log in to the iPad.

  3. Once logged in, select an existing product from the right side of the screen. (If you would like to create a one-time-use item for testing this transaction, select Add Extra Item located on the bottom right corner. Next, enter the Name and Price. Then click Create).

  4. When completed, tap the Pay button.

  5. Next, tap Credit. Then swipe or insert your customers credit card into the card swipe.
  6. After the payment has been completed, you’ll see a message on your screen that shows Payment Approved.
