If you are unable to locate the keyboard in the iPad POS app, this is most likely because you are using a barcode scanner. There are different actions you can take on the scanner to raise the keyboard, but it depends on which scanner model you have.

Motorola or Zebra Bluetooth Scanner

If you are using a Motorola Bluetooth Scanner or a Zebra Bluetooth Scanner, click - on the scanner to raise the keyboard in the Revel POS app.


Honeywell Bluetooth 1902 Scanner

If you are using a Honeywell Bluetooth 1902 Scanner, double-press the trigger on the scanner to raise or lower the keyboard in the Revel POS app.


LevelUp Scanner

If you are using a LevelUp Scanner, press the glowing LevelUp button on the scanner to raise the keyboard in the Revel POS app.
