If you are using Manual Credit on a FreedomPay iPP350 card swipe, you will need to enter the customer's credit card information on the card swipe, not the Point of Sale.
1. After adding products to the order, click Pay.
2. On the payment screen, tap Credit.
3. On the iPP350, tap Credit, then select the Manual option.
4. Then enter card details using the pin pad.

NOTE: All clients using FreedomPay gateway with any EMV compliant payment processor, can accept and process Chase bank cards ONLY through the manual credit. This limitation affects only FreedomPay pin pads due to their internal firmware configuration.
NOTE: In order for FreedomPay manual credit to work, the Management Console must have the following setting: Under Establishment>Stations>POS Station>Order/Payment Options, the Debit option must remain under Available section, meaning it is not used. Otherwise all manual credit payments will fail by card reader getting stuck on "processing please wait...", while the POS station will be stuck on "Waiting for pin pad":
