If you're receiving some error with your QuickBooks Desktop Integration or our Customer Support team is required to do some troubleshooting or research to assist you, we may required a copy of your QBDT file.
1. From the File menu, click Create Copy.
2. Select Portable company file and click Next.
3. Select the location where you want to save the portable copy (Example: Desktop).
4. Click Save and OK.
5. Send the file to the customer support agent working on your case.
