How Can We Help?

What do the lights on the Access Point mean?

By Wilson Velasco | Updated

Access Points (AP) come pre-configured. Do NOT factory reset any APs. This will wipe out the configuration and the unit will need to be returned to us to be re-configured. A fee will be charged for any AP reconfigurations.
