- Trace the ethernet cable from the back of the printer to the router.
- If it is connected to a switch, try power cycling the switch (turn it off, wait few seconds, then turn it back on)
- Still no connection? Try plugging the ethernet cable directly to the Revel Router or on a different port.
- Check the back of the printer ethernet port LED light:
If the Right LED is off, then the printer network port is BAD. A printer replacement is needed.
