How to print a customer's address on the kitchen receipt

For a customer’s address to print on the closing receipt and kitchen receipt it is necessary to attach a customer to the order and set the dining option to “Delivery.” Make sure to input the customer's address and mark it as their "current shipping/delivery address". To attach a customer, on the iPad click the “Customers” tab and select the customer name or add a new customer. 

This also works for online orders as long as the customer has entered the correct address and has chosen “Delivery” as dining type.
