Employees No Longer Showing Up Under Employees Tab

When deactivating employees, a prompt pops up to detach or deactivate employees. Choose Deactivate to deactivate the employee but still have the employee still attached to an establishment. Choose Detach, to deactivate the employee but also to remove them from the list of employees for that particular establishment. This is useful if there are multiple establishments.

 

If employees are missing from the employee list:

Go to All establishment and chose All on the drop down menu
-Go to Employees Tab
-Choose "Inactive/All" under the Drop-down menu on the top right-hand side
-Look for the Employee's Name
-Click on details
-Re-activated employee and hit on save
-Go to the respective Establishment
-open Employee page
