How to Reset an Epson Printer

1. Turn the printer off

2. Press the reset button on the back of the printer

3. Turn on the printer while continuing to hold reset button

After 5 seconds it will print out a warning not to turn it off.

After printing the warning, the reset printer will go back on the default IP address: 192.168.192.168

To access the printer, change the IP address of the iPad. To change the IP address of the iPad:

1. Go to Settings

2. Click on Wi-Fi

3. Next to the network name tap on the blue "i" with a circle

4. Select the Static Tab

5. Change the IP address of the iPad to 192.168.192.51 (make a note of the original IP address for later)

6. Set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0

7. The router will remain 192.168.22.1

8. Select WiFi at the top left to save settings

Now, change the printer IP address. To change the IP address of the printer:

1. Open Safari

2. Type in 192.168.192.168 and press enter

3. Select TCP/IP tab on the left

4. Set "Get IP Address" to Manual

5. Set "Set using PING" to Disabled

6. Change the IP address to the IP address found on the sticker on the side of the printer, normally it is 192.168.22.205 (the last number may vary depending on how many printers there are: .206, .207, etc)

7. Hit "Submit" to save

Change the IP address of the iPad back to its original IP

1. Go to Settings

2. Click on Wi-Fi

3. Next to the network name tap on the blue "i" with a circle

4. Select the Static Tab

5. Change the IP address back to what it was originally

6. Hit Wi-Fi at the top left to save
