How to create revenue center(s)

If a client wants to see a break down of net sales by revenue center on the Sales Summary report, the revenue center must be created first and the option "show revenue centers in report" under Reports must be enabled.

In order to create a Revenue center the client must go to the Management Console>Settings>Revenue Centers.

Enter name of the Revenue Center, make sure that "Yes" is selected under Active and hit Create.

If Revenue Center is created successfully there will be a notification about it.

Now select the arrow which points to the right in order to expand the window and see available POS stations.

On the left side Available station(s) can be seen. Select which Available Pos Station the client wants to include under newly created Revenue Center and press button Add>>

If the station(s) the client wanted are added, Save the changes.

If "show revenue centers in report" under Reports is not enabled, the client will need to enable it in order to see a break down of net sales by revenue center.

How to show revenue centers in report

If the option "show revenue centers in report" under Reports is already enabled, now visit Reports under Management Console.

On the Sales Summary report, on the top right corner, a break down of net sales by revenue center is now visible.
