How to Manage Inactive Modifiers

By Borko | Updated

If you have created modifiers or modifier classes and want to hide them, you can easily do so and make them reappear, if you ever need to.

To make a modifier or class hidden, you will need to deactivate it. To do so:

  1. From your Management Console [yourdomainname.revelup.com], navigate to Products and choose Modifiers
  2. Next to each Modifier Class and Modifier, you'll see an option to make items Active. If the box is checked, those items will show throughout the system; if you uncheck the box, they will be hidden: 1.jpg
  3. Make any necessary changes and click on the Save icon at the top right.

After a modifier or class has been deactivated, if you need to view and/or reactivate, you can do so using the steps below:

  1. From your Management Console [yourdomainname.revelup.com], navigate to Products and choose Modifiers
  2. Uncheck the box to Show Active Only and all modifiers and classes will reappear. Any items that are inactive will show as italicized:2.jpg
  3. If you want to reactivate an item, simply check the box next to it and save changes.
