Auto-Capture Not Working

Management Console:

Go to Settings-->Payments-->auto capture. Make sure this setting is enabled. Also, here make sure the appropriate time for the auto capture has been inputted. 

Ipad POS Platform:

On the iPad go to Settings-->General--> Auto-Lock. Set this to "Never."


Make sure the app is open on the iPad for the auto capture to work.
