Log in to the Management Console and navigate to Inventory > Import/Export. Check Actual Columns, then click Export Inventory.
After opening the spreadsheet on your computer, fill in two fields for each product that is to be updated.
- Actual Qty is the number of items that is actually in inventory.
- Actual Cost Update is a Yes/No field that needs to be filled in. It is used to recalculate product cost per unit by dividing total amount to actual quantity.
- Actual Unit is the unit type for which the amount is be set.
- Actual Remarks is used to add a remark in the report of why the change has been made (this field is not required).
