Accepted means that the payment has received pre-authorization from the credit process and is awaiting capture from the app. Capture means that the pre-authorized payment has been captured from the Batch Process screen on the app, whether by auto-capture or manual capture at the end of the night.

To see captured/accepted statuses and what cards are attached to them, go to Payment Summary and click on Card Type, the report will organize the transactions by card type (Visa, MC, Discover) and will list whether they are captured or accepted.
