To ensure best experience with the Management Console and the iPad POS Platform, the timezone of both should match. If they do not match, data may seem inconsistent as the iPad sends data using the iPad’s timestamp.
Make sure to input the correct timezone when first logging into the Revel Management Console. It is one of the required fields.
The time zone of the Management Console is displayed at the top right.
Please contact Support team if the time zone needs to be changed.
