iOS9 Revel Application Issue (UPDATED 12/9/15)

If clients upgrade to iOS9, they will run into the error above. To fix it, follow the steps below

  1. Go to Home Page of the iPad then select “Settings”
  2. Select General -> Profile -> Network Intercept LLC
  3. Select “Trust Network Intercept LLC” then “Trust”


Once the application is trusted, clients will be able to open the application once again.


UPDATE  (12/9/15) : When upgraded to 9.2, the option has moved to the Device Management section.

Navigate to Device management, and proceed like previously - you can trust the developer.
