If clients upgrade to iOS9, they will run into the error above. To fix it, follow the steps below
- Go to Home Page of the iPad then select “Settings”
- Select General -> Profile -> Network Intercept LLC
- Select “Trust Network Intercept LLC” then “Trust”
Once the application is trusted, clients will be able to open the application once again.
UPDATE (12/9/15) : When upgraded to 9.2, the option has moved to the Device Management section.
Navigate to Device management, and proceed like previously - you can trust the developer.
