It is advised to create Purchase Orders in Revel. When Purchase Orders are created in Revel, they will push to QuickBooks Online the next day only once they are closed and received.

To view Purchase Orders, please go to Inventory > Purchase Orders in Revel. By clicking View, this will open the details of the Revel PO. Purchase orders will now create bills also in QBO when ingredient or product level purchase orders are created.
Once a Purchase Order has been closed and Received in Revel the details of this PO will then push to QBO the next day by creating a Bill.
Please make sure that Vendors are created in Revel. The PO that pushes from Revel to QBO will then attach the Vendor name and Vendor details to the Bill that comes over.
Please note: Vendors will only push from QBO to Revel and Revel to QBO during initial sync. If Vendors are created after initial sync, please add them to Revel, they will still not sync from QBO after initial sync.
Please also note: Purchase orders will only be pushed as a bill to QBO when created for products. Bills will not be created in QBO for ingredient level purchase orders at this point.
Workflow for Revel: Create purchase > send the purchase order via PDF to the vendor > vendor delivers the product > receive inventory in Revel.
The next day, QuickBooks will receive a bill with the delivered products. To see the Bill in Quickbooks Online, go to Transactions > Expenses > Bill.
