If you're experiencing under reporting on 10/31-11/1, it is due to orders not syncing to the cloud. This issue is resolved, please follow the steps below to push the orders to the cloud.
1) Log into you Revel POS app.
2) Go to Settings > Manager > Sync Log > Orders
3) In the top right corner tap “Retry all”
4) Log out of your app, and monitor if the number of orders that have failed sync is reducing.
