We encourage you to refer to the information in this Getting Started section as you're guided through the process. You can also check back later for a quick brush-up!


After your hardware shipment(s) arrive (Where is my hardware?), it's time to start setting up your shiny new Revel system!


Before You Start

By now you've probably already picked a payment gateway/payment processor, built a menu/product list, and toured the Management Console, but you can refer to Getting Started steps one and two if not.

You must have a payment gateway and processor set up before you can test your system.

In the sections below, you'll find both video and written hardware setup guides. Remember that your Onboarding Concierge is happy to help with any questions!


Hardware Setup Video

Remember that Revel does not provide a modem to connect to the Internet. You should move your modem near where you anticipate setting up your POS system to easily connect it to the router we provide.
