Order Screen Layout
Before we start the Order Screen overview, a quick lay of the land:

We'll use the names Menu Mode, Payments Mode, and Orders Tab throughout this and other Help Site pages, so it's a good idea to be comfortable with the terminology!
Order Screen: Menu Mode
Your employees will use the Order Screen in Menu Mode to add products or services to customers' orders. In the right-side pane you'll find the Categories, Subcategories, and Products you added to the Management Console, with Modifiers/Substitutions visible after taps on Products with these attached.
Pro tip: for a more festive feel, try adding pictures to your menu items!
As you add products from the menu, you'll see an order list being built in the left-side pane. There are several available options here outside the scope of this guide, but feel free to ask your Onboarding Concierge if you're curious!
Order Screen: Payments Mode
After the order is complete and your guests satisfied, click Pay to switch from Menu Mode to Payments Mode:

If you tap Orders in the blue header bar, you can view:
- Held Orders
- Today's Orders
- Orders by ID
- Orders by Credit Card
- Held Orders to Close
- Sync Status
