REVELin is currently in pilot status and only lists businesses that use Revel in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe, Arizona (US) areas.


The REVELin App is a customizable mobile directory and ordering application. Revel provides cross-platform support for both Android and iOS platforms, as well as mobile web ordering. Customers can find local stores that use Revel iPad Point of Sale and place orders directly from their mobile device. The REVELin Mobile App makes every location within a business’s network easily accessible and mobile order ready.


Once logged in, customers will have access to a list of local stores that use Revel iPad Point of Sale. Tapping on a location allows customers to easily view menus and easily order ahead for pickup or delivery. Read-only menus are also supported for stores on the network that do not support online ordering, but want their menu and phone numbers available. Tapping on the “Location” tab will show a map view, with that establishment pointed out via a dropped pin. Tapping on the white box with that establishment’s name and address will bring up the location in Google Maps in a new browser window.

Additionally, customers can access filtering options by tapping the REVELin_Filter_Icon.png icon. Customers can filter stores alphabetically, by distance, by store type, by location, or by order type.


Online ordering and/or delivery icons will be present for stores that support the service, as shown in the image below.


Tapping on menu items will add them to a customer’s cart. Inventory control is supported. If the option is turned on, when a product is out of stock, it becomes unavailable for online ordering. Menu item modifiers are also supported, as shown in the image below.


Once items have been selected, tapping on the REVELin_Cart_Icon.png icon allows customers to access their cart where they can edit or remove items, and proceed to checkout. The notification for how many items a customer has in their cart appears over the icon. Credit and reward card payments are supported at checkout, Customers can check balances and pay securely with a wide range of credit and debit cards. Support for discount codes and loyalty rewards is also available, fully integrated with the Revel CRM and POS platforms.


When a user taps “Gift Card” or “Credit Card” as a payment type, the app will already have a stored credit card selected by default. IF there is no card on file, the user will need to create once, which will then automatically be selected for payment. Credit card information is remembered across all establishments so that the user does not have to reselect the card every time. The payment button displays the balance due.


Tapping the REVELin_More_Icon.png icon brings up the “More” menu. Through this page customers can save payment information, customize their user profile, manage loyalty rewards, get access to UberRush, and take advantage of promotions.
