If you use Heartland Payments with USAePay and receive an ERROR MERCHANT IS DEACTIVATED error message on your console that prevents you from processing credit card payments, you may need to contact USAePay to update your banking information. 

To do this, please contact USAePay at (866) 872-3729 (Ext. 491).
