The Revel Assistant can walk you step by step through almost anything you'd need to do in the Management Console. It'll also let you know when you've been upgraded to a new software version, and can show you how to use new features and enhancements.
You can fire up the Revel Assistant from any page in the Management Console ([yoursubdomain].revelup.com) – just click the Need Help? icon in the bottom right corner:
You'll see 2-3 sections in the Revel Assistant, depending on what page you're launching it from:
- How-To Guides: This section shows walkthrough guides that relate to the page you're on. For example, from the Reports tab ([yoursubdomain].revelup.com/reports), you'll see guides about reports in the How-To section.
- New Features: As soon as your Management Console updates itself to the latest version, you'll find step-by-step walkthroughs of the major new features here.
- Getting Started: If you're new to Revel, haven't finished setting up your system, or just purchased a paid add-on, this is the section for you. You'll find onboarding-type guides here to get you set up and running quickly.
Just open the section that's right for you, then click a topic to launch the guide – we'll take it from there! You'll just need to follow along with the on-screen prompts:
