Data has stopped syncing from Revel to QuickBooks Online.
APIResponseException Error (type=“AuthorizationFault”)
- Go to your Management Console > QuickBooks > Manage QuickBooks Connections
- Click Connect to QuickBooks
- You will be prompted to log into your QuickBooks account
- Continue through the prompts to connect your QuickBooks Account
- You may get an error that Revel is already connected, if so, go to Management Console > Settings > QuickBooks > QuickBooks Online Integration
- At the bottom, click Resume Integration
Your integration should continue and data will sync overnight.
