Order/Payments Options

The order and payment options appear on the Point of Sale Order Screen and include your dining options as well as all available payment options. To edit the order and payments options that appear, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Management Console [yourdomainname.revelup.com], go to the Establishment tab. Click on Stations, then choose the station that you would like to customize. Choose Order/Payment options:3.jpg
  2. By default, all options in this section are in the Available column, which means they are not visible on the Point of Sale until they are in the Displayed column. Click the option you want and drag it to the Displayed column. If you have Options that are currently displayed and you want to hide them, simply drag and drop them to the left in the Available column: 4.jpg 5.jpg
  3. Once you have made changes in this section, you can choose to Save and apply the changes only to the selected station or you can choose Apply to Stations to make some or all your stations identical; just be sure to Save after you apply to stations.
  4. The steps above can also be used for Payment and/or Credit+ options on the same page: 6.jpg 7.jpg
NOTE: Changes are Applied and Saved on a SECTION basis (notice how each section has an Apply to Station and a Save button). This means, if you make changes in the Order Options section and Save, it does not save changes for the entire page. It is best to make changes in one station, then save, then continue to the next section.
  5. Once you've saved all your changes, refresh your Point of Sale.

Action Options

When you open a new order on your Point of Sale, you will see a set of action buttons in the bottom left side of the screen. These include options such as: discount order, print guest check, open cash drawer, and many more:

To begin customizing these options, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Management Console [yourdomain.revelup.com], navigate to Establishment then click on Stations. Select the station you want to edit, then choose Order Actions: 8.jpg
NOTE: If you don't have any Stations set up, see our article Setting Up Your iPad POS Station for instructions.
  2. By default, all options in this section are in the Available column, which means they are not visible on the Point of Sale until they are in the Displayed column. Click the option you want and drag it to the Displayed column. If you have Options that are currently displayed and you want to hide them, simply drag and drop them to the left in the Available column: 9.jpg The item now appears on the left as an available option to reactivate: 10.jpg
  3. Once you have made changes in this section, you can choose to Save and apply the changes only to the selected station or you can choose Apply to Stations to make some or all your stations identical; just be sure to Save after you apply to stations.
  4. Once you've saved all your changes, Refresh your Point of Sale:

Customizing Buttons
