"Your Settings Do Not Match" Error

If you provision a different iPad as a Point of Sale station, you may see a Your settings do not match error when attempting to log in to the station for the first time. Here's how to troubleshoot the error.

  1. Verify that your internet connection is working.
  2. Force quit the Point of Sale app.
  3. Restart the Point of Sale app.
  4. If you see the "Your settings do not match" error again, tap Update. This will refresh your device and prompt you to log in again.
  5. Refresh all your stations and log in again.
  6. If you still can't log in after refreshing all your stations, contact our support team and they'll walk you through further troubleshooting.
