If you provision a different iPad as a Point of Sale station, you may see a Your settings do not match error when attempting to log in to the station for the first time. Here's how to troubleshoot the error.
- Verify that your internet connection is working.
- Force quit the Point of Sale app.
- Restart the Point of Sale app.
- If you see the "Your settings do not match" error again, tap Update. This will refresh your device and prompt you to log in again.
- Refresh all your stations and log in again.
- If you still can't log in after refreshing all your stations, contact our support team and they'll walk you through further troubleshooting.
