If you have processed a refund but want to now cancel it, determine first if the refund is captured but not batched OR captured and batched.

If you've determined that the refund has been captured but not batched, please log into your merchant portal to edit the transaction.
Refunds Captured and Batched
If you've determined that the refund has been captured and batched, please contact your payment processor to see if the transaction has been sent to the bank. If it has not, your processor should be able to provide next steps. If the transaction has already been deposited, it is unlikely it can be cancelled, however verify with your processor if there is anything they can do on their end.
