You can set online orders to close automatically upon receiving payment. This prevents a backlog of held orders waiting to be closed during the end-of-day process.
This setting is independent of the Auto Done setting which closes orders when they are fully paid.
If you enable the Auto Close Paid Orders setting, online orders will not print to your printers or KDS, as the orders will be automatically closed. New online orders will not be pushed to the Point of Sale; you must view your orders manually to find them.
- In the Management Console ([yoursubdomain].revelup.com), navigate to Settings.
- Click Clear Selections.
- Type Auto-close paid orders in the search bar.
- In the search results, check the box next to Auto-close paid orders.
- On the right, check the box next to Auto-close paid orders.
- Click Save.
